Founded Through Lived Experience
IGF was founded by Dr. Wendy Liu and Dr. Yi Cheng, two PhD parents based in San Diego who have raised and educated children across China and the United States.
Their work brings together education, research, cross-cultural family experience, and years of direct engagement with students and parents.
IGF grew from a simple belief: families do not need more disconnected information. They need a trusted place to ask better questions, meet thoughtful people, and continue growing as the world changes.
